Who is Buddy Francese?

Buddy Francese, CCIM founded Mutual Trust Corporate Real Estate to deliver the “best in class” real estate services to local, regional, and national clients. He has successfully negotiated hundreds of transactions and several million square feet of commercial space over 30+ years. 

Buddy has aggressively represented tenants and buyers of office, retail, medical and industrial space in locating, negotiating and securing the most flexible lease agreements and contracts with the best possible terms for his clients. Buddy is well known for his tenacious and genuine approach, positive attitude, and creative problem-solving style that is always in the tenant and buyers’ best interest. 

Buddy attended The University of Texas at Austin where he earned his degree in Finance and Real Estate, subsequently earning the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He is active in the Austin CCIM Chapter as a board member and has been involved in the Real Estate Council of Austin and Commercial Leasing Brokers Association since 1990.

For over two decades, Buddy has been a very active community and business leader by serving on the boards of the Young Men’s Business League and Leadership Austin. His dedication to community service has taken him abroad to represent the United States in peace and goodwill efforts with the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International in India as well as the Winant Clayton Foundation in the United Kingdom. 

In Buddy’s free time he enjoys fishing in Rockport, playing bocce ball, skeet shooting, and spending time with his beautiful wife, children, and goldendoodle named Leo.
